KLOW blend dosage

KLOW is one vial holding GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500, named by the initials (the O is for the copper in GHK-Cu). The common 80 mg vial is 50 mg GHK-Cu plus 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. People inject 10 to 20 units a day at 20 mg/mL, which delivers 1.25 to 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 250 to 500 mcg of each of the others. No study has tested the blend; the component doses are what the community uses for each peptide alone.

1Dose to units chart

80 mg vial + 4 mL bacteriostatic water = 20 mg/mL, so each unit on a U-100 insulin syringe holds 200 mcg.

80 mg + 4 mL = 20 mg/mL total peptide, so 2 mg of blend = 0.1 mL = 10 units. Each 10 units carries 1.25 mg GHK-Cu, 250 mcg BPC-157, 250 mcg TB-500 and 250 mcg KPV. Read your label: a 55 mg KLOW vial has a different split and the per-unit amounts change.

2Side effects

injection site redness and small lumps (GHK-Cu is the usual cause)blue tint at the site from the copperfatigue or headache (reported)nausea (reported)
Before you start. No human or animal study has tested this combination; each component has its own evidence, with BPC-157 and TB-500 mostly animal data and KPV mouse data only. Because the ratio is fixed, you cannot raise one peptide without raising all four, and GHK-Cu dominates the mass. People with Wilson's disease or copper sensitivity should skip it. Not medical advice. Talk to a clinician and start low.

Storage: lyophilized: fridge or freezer; reconstituted: fridge, use within 4 weeks (commonly reported); GHK-Cu gives the solution a blue color

3KLOW blend dosage questions

KLOW peptide dosage?

Community use is 10 to 20 units a day of an 80 mg vial mixed with 4 mL (20 mg/mL). That delivers 1.25 to 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 250 to 500 mcg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Start at 10 units.

How much water for a KLOW 80 mg vial?

4 mL gives 20 mg/mL and round numbers: 10 units = 2 mg of blend. 3 mL gives 26.7 mg/mL, where 10 units is 1.67 mg GHK-Cu and 333 mcg of each other peptide. Either is fine; write the concentration on the vial.

What is in KLOW?

GHK-Cu (copper peptide), KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial. The usual 80 mg vial is a 50/10/10/10 split. GLOW is the same minus KPV.

Why does my KLOW turn blue and leave a mark?

The copper in GHK-Cu colors the solution blue and can leave a faint tint or small bump at the injection site. Inject slowly, rotate sites and use more water to lower the concentration if it bothers you.
