BPC-157 + TB-500 blend calculator

This is one vial holding both peptides, usually 5 mg of each in a 10 mg vial. Because they are mixed 1:1, every draw gives equal amounts, so users dose it on the BPC-157 schedule: 250 to 500 mcg of each, once or twice daily, for 4 to 8 weeks.

About the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend math

This listing is one vial that contains both BPC-157 and TB-500. Suppliers label the two masses separately, and the sizes shown here, 10 mg and 20 mg, are the combined total. The math treats the vial as one mass unless the label states each part. A 10 mg blend vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 5 mg/mL, or 5,000 mcg/mL of combined peptide. A 500 mcg draw of the mixture is 0.1 mL, or 10 units on a U-100 syringe, and the vial holds 20 such draws. The 20 mg vial with the same 2 mL is 10 mg/mL, so 500 mcg is 0.05 mL, or 5 units, with 40 draws in the vial. To know how much of each part is in a draw, use the label split. If a 10 mg vial is labeled 5 mg of each, half of every draw is BPC-157 and half is TB-500, so a 500 mcg draw carries 250 mcg of each. Our blend tool does that split for any ratio.

BPC-157 + TB-500 blend questions

How do you dose a BPC-157 TB-500 blend?

Treat it like BPC-157: 500 to 1000 mcg of total blend once or twice daily, which gives 250 to 500 mcg of each peptide. With a 10 mg vial in 2 mL that is 10 to 20 units per shot. Run it 4 to 8 weeks.

How many units of the Wolverine blend should I take?

On a 10 mg (5 mg + 5 mg) vial reconstituted with 2 mL, 10 units gives 250 mcg of BPC-157 and 250 mcg of TB-500. 20 units gives 500 mcg of each. On a 20 mg vial in 2 mL, halve those unit counts.

How many units is 500 mcg of the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend at 10 mg in 2 mL?

10 mg divided by 2 mL is 5 mg/mL, or 5,000 mcg/mL. 500 mcg divided by 5,000 mcg/mL is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 syringe. That 500 mcg is the combined mass of both peptides.

How much bacteriostatic water for a 20 mg vial of BPC-157 + TB-500 blend?

Any volume the vial holds. 1 mL gives 20 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 10 mg/mL and 3 mL gives 6.67 mg/mL (rounded), all counted as combined mass. At 10 mg/mL a 1 mg draw of the mixture is 10 units.

If a 10 mg BPC-157 + TB-500 blend is 5 mg of each, how much of each is in a 1 mg draw?

Each peptide is 5 of 10 mg, so each is half the mixture. A 1 mg draw therefore holds 500 mcg of BPC-157 and 500 mcg of TB-500. In 2 mL of solvent the 1 mg draw is 0.2 mL, or 20 units.
