1Titration schedule
Step up on this schedule. Stay a step longer if side effects are rough.
| Weeks | Dose |
|---|---|
| 1 | 500 mcg total once daily (250 mcg of each) |
| 2-8 | 500 to 1000 mcg total daily, split if over 500 mcg |
2Dose to units chart
10 mg vial + 2 mL bacteriostatic water = 5 mg/mL, so each unit on a U-100 insulin syringe holds 50 mcg.
| Dose | Draw (mL) | Units | Doses in vial |
|---|---|---|---|
| 250 mcg | 0.05 | 5 | 40 |
| 500 mcg | 0.1 | 10 | 20 |
| 650 mcg | 0.13 | 13 | 15 |
| 750 mcg | 0.15 | 15 | 13 |
| 900 mcg | 0.18 | 18 | 11 |
| 1 mg | 0.2 | 20 | 10 |
10 mg blend (5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500) + 2 mL = 5 mg/mL total, so 500 mcg total = 0.1 mL = 10 units, delivering 250 mcg of each. 1000 mcg total = 20 units.

5BPC-157 + TB-500 blend dosage questions
How do you dose a BPC-157 TB-500 blend?
Treat it like BPC-157: 500 to 1000 mcg of total blend once or twice daily, which gives 250 to 500 mcg of each peptide. With a 10 mg vial in 2 mL that is 10 to 20 units per shot. Run it 4 to 8 weeks.
How many units of the Wolverine blend should I take?
On a 10 mg (5 mg + 5 mg) vial reconstituted with 2 mL, 10 units gives 250 mcg of BPC-157 and 250 mcg of TB-500. 20 units gives 500 mcg of each. On a 20 mg vial in 2 mL, halve those unit counts.
Is the blend better than buying BPC-157 and TB-500 separately?
It is more convenient and one injection instead of two. The trade-off is you cannot run TB-500's commonly reported twice-weekly loading dose of 2 to 2.5 mg without also injecting the same amount of BPC-157. Separate vials give you control; the blend gives you simplicity.
