GHRP-2 calculator
GHRP-2 is a 6 amino acid GH secretagogue, approved in Japan as a diagnostic injection and never approved as a treatment. Human studies used about 1 mcg/kg and found it releases GH as strongly as hexarelin with less cortisol and prolactin, though not none.

About the GHRP-2 math
GHRP-2 is a synthetic six-amino-acid peptide listed in 5 mg and 10 mg vials of lyophilized powder. The example draw is 200 mcg, worked at the volumes that put it on whole unit marks. A 5 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 2.5 mg/mL, or 2,500 mcg/mL. A 200 mcg draw is 0.08 mL, or 8 units on a U-100 syringe, and 5,000 divided by 200 is 25 draws per vial. A 10 mg vial with 2 mL is 5,000 mcg/mL, so 200 mcg is 0.04 mL, or 4 units, with 50 draws in the vial. To get a rounder 10 units per 200 mcg, set either vial to 2,000 mcg/mL: 2.5 mL in the 5 mg vial, or 5 mL in the 10 mg vial if it can hold that much. At 2,000 mcg/mL a 500 mcg draw is 0.25 mL, or 25 units, and the 10 mg vial gives 20 of them. The draw count depends only on the mass in the vial and the mass per draw, never on the solvent.
GHRP-2 questions
How much GHRP-2 should I take?
Human studies used about 1 mcg/kg, roughly 70 to 100 mcg, as a single dose. Users commonly inject 100 to 300 mcg two to three times daily, fasted. On a 5 mg vial in 2.5 mL, 100 mcg is 5 units.
GHRP-2 vs GHRP-6?
Both release GH at about 1 mcg/kg; GHRP-2 is slightly stronger per dose and causes less hunger, GHRP-6 causes strong hunger and is used by people who want to eat more. Both nudge cortisol and prolactin. Doses are the same, 100 to 300 mcg.
How many units is 200 mcg of GHRP-2 at 5 mg in 2 mL?
5 mg divided by 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL, or 2,500 mcg/mL. 200 mcg divided by 2,500 mcg/mL is 0.08 mL, which is 8 units on a U-100 syringe.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 10 mg vial of GHRP-2?
Any volume the vial holds. 1 mL gives 10 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL and 3 mL gives 3.33 mg/mL (rounded). A 500 mcg draw is 5 units, 10 units or 15 units at those three concentrations.
How many 100 mcg draws does a 10 mg vial of GHRP-2 give?
10 mg is 10,000 mcg, and 10,000 divided by 100 is 100 draws. With 2 mL in the vial (5,000 mcg/mL) each 100 mcg draw is 0.02 mL, or 2 units; with 5 mL (2,000 mcg/mL) it is 0.05 mL, or 5 units.
